Meeting Agenda Materials are organized the Tuesday prior to the scheduled meeting.  For any public presentations a copy of the presentation MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN the Tuesday of the week prior to the meeting date.  Any presentations received after that date will not be accepted and will not have the opportunity to be presented before the City Commission.  Please contact City Clerk Stacey Johnston at 941-708-5800, ext. if there are any questions.

If you wish to present any paper backup materials, please bring a minimum of 10 copies.  One copy must be provided to the City Clerk for including in the Public Record.

The City Commission meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 2:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the Patricia A. Geyer Commission Chambers, 5801 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, FL, 34217.

Please note there will be no Work Session held on May 23, 2023.
Meetings are open to the public.  Those wishing to speak must appear in person.

Any person wishing to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Persons planning to attend the meeting who need special assistance should contact the City Clerk's Office at 941-708-5800 at least three days prior to the meeting.
