Maureen Gluff is our City’s Human Resources Manager. Her responsibilities are two-fold. She serves as an advocate for the employees of the City. This includes managing the employee hiring process with job postings, fielding resumes, and guiding new employees along the hiring procedures. She also assists with performance management and reviews, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Maureen acts as the City advocate ensuring that the City complies with employment laws and City guidelines and policies.
