Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Counter and phone lines open until 3 p.m.
Construction and operation of construction equipment is permitted per the City Code of Ordinances:
Weekdays between 7:00 a.m. & 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work on Sundays is prohibited.

Elevation requirements for new structures within the City of Holmes Beach are changing effective August 14th, 2023.
City Ordinance (23-01) states a new elevation of BFE plus 3-feet of additional freeboard is required for all new structures.
Additionally, stem wall construction is no longer permitted in the City of Holmes Beach.
